Wangki's Dylan Storer wins at CBAA Awards

Youth volunteer Dylan Storer has won Outstanding Youth Contribution at the 2017 Community Broadcasting Association of Australia Awards.

"This award recognises a young person who has contributed to their station or the sector in an outstanding way in the last 12 months. Entries may be for any person aged under 26 years who has shown strong commitment to the values of community broadcasting in a number of areas." 

After Winning the award Dylan said "It's a great privilege to win, I'd like to thank everyone who has helped me on this journey"

The 2017 CBAA Awards were presented with the support of Deutsche Welle, APRA AMCOS, PPCA, AFTRS, the Community Broadcasting Foundation and Pro Bono Australia.

Dylan Hosts Envirence on Wangki Radio, Mondays at 3pm & is the Youth Hub Coordinator for Wangki through the SYN Media's National Youth Project.
